FAQ

Postage

  • Orders can only be shipped to the UK.

  • Orders are normally dispatched within two working days however if fresh products have to be made this may take up to five working days.

  • Chocolates are posted via Royal Mail Track 24 (next business day).

  • The postage cost to the UK is £3.95, orders over £30 will receive free postage using code ‘POSTAGE30’ at checkout

Allergies

  • Information on the ingredients for each product are printed both on the packaging and are displayed on the product page.

  • My chocolates are made in the same kitchen as other products that include nuts, gluten, soy, sulphites and milk.

Shelf Life

  • Ganache filled chocolates are best consumed three weeks after delivery and will have a best before date printed on the package.

  • Solid Chocolate products (i.e. Mendiants) have a six month shelf life from the production date, which will be printed on the package.

Custom Chocolates

  • If you would like something specific making for a special occasion i.e. birthday, wedding or corporate event, then please get in touch.
